so,

m2 = 102/100 m1

now, v1 = square root of (f1r1/m1)

and, v2 = square root of (f2r2/m2)

v2/v1 = square root of (f2r2m1/f1r1m2)

         = square root of (105*104*100/ 100*100*102)

         = square root of (107.06/100)

         = square root of (10706/10000)

         = 103.47/100

so, v2 = 103.47/100 v1

therefore, the % error in velocity is 3.47%
