I don't think that the object will move if u apply the force at 90 degrees as no work will be done.
Work done= F.s cosx
Here x=90. And cos 90 is 0.
So, work done=0.
There would be no motion.

mashal: in book they mark the option tha in circular path
mhesh1: yes. the work done by a body in circular motion is zero, for that the force must be constant as at each point, the angle between the force and displacement is 90 degrees.
