it is difficult to walk on a wet floor because layer of water makes floor smooth. The coating of water reduces the friction and the foot cannot make a proper grip on the floor and it starts getting to slip on the floor.

3.yes,if we will not apply oil on moving parts of machine then they will not move because the parts were dry and how the dry thing as machine will move as we all know that oil is big requirement of parts of machine.
