Force of 100 N acts on body of mass 20 kg for 10 s . If the body is initially at rest and all the directions involved are same straight line , find , (i) Displacement of the body (ii) final velocity of the body (iii) energy transferred to the body by applied force. ​

1. using Newton's second equation of motion

s=ut+1/2at²

s=0+1/2*5*(10)²

s=250m

2. using Newton's first equation of motion

v=u+at

v=0+5*10

v=50m/s

3. Kinetic energy=1/2mv²

Ke=1/2*20*(50)²

ke=25*10³j
