F= mass * acceleration

Therefore, mass= force/acceleration

Mass of Body A = 5/2= 2.5 kg

Mass of Body B  = 5/5 = 1 kg

If both the bodies are tied together,

Force = 5N

Mass = 2.5 + 1 = 3.5 kg

Therefore, acceleration = mass/force

Acceleration of both bodies tied together = 5/3.5 = 1.42 m/sec sq.

f=5N

M=9.8

since f= m*a

a=f/m

a=5/9.8

a=0.5 m/s^2
