According to the work-energy conversion theorem;
Work done by the force = Change in Kinetic energy
Work done by the force = (1/2)*m*(v2 - u2)
Work done = 0.5*20*(4–25) = -210 J
Since work done by the force is opposite to the direction of velocity, the work done by the force is negative!
