While it's disadvantage is, it is ineffective in static systems for heat transfer.
Advantage of forced convection is , it has relatively better effectiveness compared to natural convection.
Disadvantage : It requires an additional unit for operation. Thus costs extra money and space.
For dynamic systems, natural convection is better. For static systems forced convection is better
