Treating us as interior and them as superior

India earns a good chunk of foreign exchange from foreign tourists. Hence every effort must be taken to ensure that such tourists are received and treated well when they arrive in our country. A few things that affect tourism NEGATIVELY are as follows:

1. Harassing them in the name of soliciting services.

2. Providing untruthful information and dishonest services.

3. Keeping surroundings dirty and unhygienic – it creates a bad impression, other than health implications.

4. Encourage begging, painting a sorry picture of our country, uncalled for criticism of the government.
