How to perform a mock drill, like a terrorist drill?

Well, this is a physical activity. I'm explaining it how to proceed.

Take 10 students and rank them accordingly. Like two would go on the first place followed by few more. And not all at once.

Suppose there are 3 terrorist inside a room, with ammunition. So it would be like going in the respective order and attacking the terrorist and catching them living conditions. Remember all safety procedures should be taken. No one should get hurt.
