Well for example,

505 , 17671 , 1894554981 these kind of mirror numbers are called as pallindrome numbers.

Now, to construct a 7-digit number with last digits being 567 clearly the first three digits must be 765

What remains Is the place where the digit has to be filled in the exact middle and since the number required such that it's the smallest of all possiblities, we'll have to certainly put 0 at that place.
