→ H = 13
First, phythagorean triplet will be 4, 12 and 13.
Now,
Let 12 be Hypotenuse and 4 be perpendicular.
→ (12)² = (B)² + (4)²
→ (B)² = 144 - 16
→ (B)² = 128
→ B = √128
Second phytagorean triplet will be 4, 12 and √128.
