if roots are given then quadratic equationis formed by using

(x-a)*(x-b)

now

(X - (2+√2/6))*(X - (2-√2/6))

(X - 2 - √2/6)*(X - 2 + √2/6)

(X - 2)² -2/6

X² - 4x + 22/6
