The given roots are 5 and 2.

= > Sum of roots, S = 5 + 2 = 7.

= > Product of roots,P = 5 * 2 = 10

Therefore, the required quadratic equation is

= > x^2 - (sum of roots)x + product of roots = 0

= > x^2 - (7)x + (10) = 0

=  >x^2 - 7x + 10 = 0.

Hope this helps!
