Answer:

Here , sum of the roots =-3+(-1/3)=-10/3

product of the roots=-3.-1/3=1

thus the required equation is, 

x²-(sum of the roots)x+product of the roots=0

or, x²-(-10/3)x+1=0

or, x²+10x/3+1=0

or, 3x²+10x+3=0
