now the general form of quadratic equation is x²-(α+β)x+αβ

= x²-(2+1/2)x+2x1/2

=x²-5/2x+1

=2x²-5x+2

α=-5 andβ=2

the general form is x²-(α+β)x+αβ

= x²-(-5+2)+(-5
