Sum of roots = 2+3= 5

Product of roots = 2*3= 6

Required equation:-

x²-5x+6=0

x=3

9a+3b=0.......(2)

multiply (1) by 3 and (2) by 2 and substract

12a+6b=0

18a+6b=0
