Answer:Let alpha and beta are the zeroes of the polynomial.

Sum of zeroes = (Alpha + Beta) = -8/3

And,

Product of zeroes = (Alpha × Beta) = 4/3

Therefore,

Required Quadratic polynomial = X²-(Alpha + Beta)X + Alpha × Beta

=> X²-(-8/3) X + 4/3

=> X²+8X/3 + 4/3

=> 3X²+8X+4/3 = 0

=> 3X²+8X+4 = 0 × 3

=> 3X²+8X+4 = 0

Hence,

The Quadratic polynomial is 3X²+8X+4
