Form a quadratic polynomial whose zeroes are -2,7


diviii: x^2 +2x+7

If -2 is a zero then (x+2) will be a factor.
Similarly (x-7) will also be a factor

So now if we multiply these two factors then we will get the quadratic polynomial.

(x+2)(x-7)

= x(x-7) + 2(x-7)

= x²-7x+2x-14

= x²-5x-14

↑This is the required polynomial.

If alpha=-2 and beta=7 than,
Alpha + beta = - 5
Alpha ×beta =-14
And equation will be
X^2 - 5x-14
