Heya☺

x^2 - ( sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes

here sum of zeroes is -3+2 = -1
product of zeroes = -3×2= -6

Therefore the quadratic equation will be ---

x^2-(-1)x +( -6)
x^2 +x -6

Hope it helps
