Answer:

x² + ( a +b ) x + ab

x² + (-3 +4) x + (-3 × 4)

x² + x -12

we know that

x2-(sum of roots)x+product of roots=0

here

sum=-3+4=1

pro=-12

so equation is

x2-x-12=0
