Form a quadratic polynomial with the sum and product of zeroes are 2 and -3/5 respectively

Answer:

Every quadratic equation whose roots are α , β are of form

x²-(α + β)x + αβ = 0

Here (α + β) = 2 , αβ = -3/5

∴ Quadratic polynomial = x²-2x -3/5 = 0

                                         = 5x²-10x -3 = 0

∴ Quadratic polynomial = K(5x²-10x -3) = 0 where k is constant.
