For a cylinder,

r = 7cm,

h = 13 - 7 = 6cm

For a hemisphere,

r = 7cm

Required inner surface area of vessel

= CSA of cylinder + CSA of hemisphere

= \sf{2πrh + 2π{r}^{2}  = 2πr(h + r)}

= \sf{2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7(6 + 7)}

= {\boxed{\sf{572 {cm}^{2}}}}
