Main verbs have three basic forms

Base form - Infinitive Form with to or without to

for the present simple except third person singular ,which uses the s or es

Example: He plays football.

He goes to school daily.

Past form: used for the past simple.

Example:He played football.

ed form: used after auxiliary have and be.
