Question :- Krutika was thinking of a number Kritika double it and add 8.7 to get an answer of 64.9 from an equation with x from the information.

Answer :- x+x+8.7=64.9

2x+8.7=64.9

2x=56.2

x=56.2÷2

x=28.1

Hence,the number that Krutika was thinking is 28.1
