Form the quadratic polynomial p(X) with the sum and product of zeros as 2 and -3/5 resp.

 \alpha  +  \beta  = 2 \:  \: and \:  \alpha  \beta  =   \frac{ -  3}{5}

k \: ( {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x + ( \alpha  \beta ))

k \: ( {x}^{2}  - (2)x + ( \frac{ - 3 }{5} ))

k \: (5 {x}^{2}  - 10x  - 3)

The polynomial is 5x²- 10x - 3 , where k not equal to zero
