Sum of zeroes(s) =

5 +  \sqrt{2}  + 5  -  \sqrt{2 }  \\ = 5 + 5 = 10

S=10

Product of zeroes(p) =

(5 +  \sqrt{2} )(5 -  \sqrt{2} ) \\  =   {5 }^{2}   -   { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  \\  = 25 - 2 \\  = 23

P=23

Therefore, quadratic polynomial so formed=x^2- sx+p

=x^2-10x+23
