There was a question mistake,

right question is -Form the quadratic polynomial whose sum and product of zeroes are 1/3 and 1/4.

Answer: given sum of zeroes = 1/3

and product of zeroes = 1/4.

we know that,

any quadratic polynomial is in the form of ax²+bc+c = 0 ....1st eq.

from given,

Sum of zeroes = (α + β) = -b/a = 1/3

let a = k , then b= -k/3 (on cross multiplying)

Product of zeroes = (αβ) = c/a =1/4

similarly, c= k/4.

put the value of a, b and c in eq 1st,

= kx²+(-k/3)x+k/4=0

take k/3 as common,

= k/3{3x²-x+3/4}=0

= 3x²-x+3/4=0

now take 1/4 as common,

= 1/4{12x²-4x+3}=0

= 12x²-4x+3=0....is the required quadratic polynomial.
