With due respect, I would like to state that I am writing this letter, to inform you about the problem of water-logging in our locality.
This rainy season our city had heavy rainfall. The entire city was flooded and even our locality. The rainwater has not been drained. Clearly, the department’s inefficiency has been exposed. Moreover, the stagnated water has been causing serious health issues. The residents are facing numerous issues and I hope that you will take steps to free us of these problems.
