Respected Madam,
I, the mother of Akhil Arora, a student of ABS Public School studying in V-B, requests your permission on behalf of my son to attend the two school two hours late for a month, as he has been selected for the National Swimming Championship and has to attend the coaching classes arranged by the Sports Authority of India.
I will personally teach my son and will make sure that he completes all his school work and homework. He is a professional swimmer and if he is able to qualify in the swimming competitions this month, he would represent India in the National Level Swimming Championship.
I humbly request your permission for the same, as he cannot attend the school during the morning hours because of swimming lessons.
