Hey!!! Liam here is your answer :

To the editor:

We are writing to you on behalf of all the animals affected by the devastating act of deforestation. Deforestation is something that has impacted multiple countries around the world since the 1960s. It is something that is ultimately bringing more harm than good.

Within the next 25 years, deforestation will cause up to 28,000 animals to become extinct. Up to 70 percent of all living animals living in rainforests will not be able to survive due to loss of shelter and lack of proper nutrition. At the current rate of deforestation, the world's rainforests could be completely wiped out within the next 100 years.

Deforestation is also a major factor that contributes to global warming and climate change. Eighty percent of all the world's plants and animals live in these forests. The loss of trees will allow more greenhouse gases to enter the atmosphere and will increase the speed and severity of global warming. An estimated 15 percent of all greenhouse gases are a result of deforestation.

People can help stop deforestation by recycling and buying recycled/reused items. They can also help by reducing their consumption of paper and wood. Deforestation is causing animals to lose their habitats and is causing our quality of life to become worse. We need to do everything in our power to help stop it.
