Explanation:

The Chief Medical Officer,

Ahmadpur.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Subject: Bad condition of the District Hospital.

With the help of this complaint application, I want to draw your attention to the unhygienic environment that is hardly cared about in our main District Hospital. Moreover, the staff is not all performing their duties in the way they should be. The nurses in the hospital are mostly seen gossiping and avoiding the patients in the chambers and the general wards. The housekeeping staff is also very much irresponsible. The toilets and the bathrooms are never cleaned and constantly emit a very filthy smell. The sweepers at the hospital even leave the garbage accumulated at the corners and the corridors. Filth, dust, and stench of urea prevail in the complete hospital except for the doctors' rooms. This is the height of negligence by the authorities as well as the doctors who sit in their personal chambers. I just wonder that how the staff of such place can be so indifferent and opt to work within such highly unhygienic conditions. Yesterday an incident happened when an attendant took an old patient to the washroom, the old man fainted as soon as he entered the area due to the nauseating smell. Moreover, a complaint was lodged again the staff but no one took a notice over it.

Therefore, I request you kindly to look into my appeal urgently. I would wish that you personally visit the hospital so that the officials would understand the meaning of effective working in a hospital.

Yours faithfully,
