Explanation:

I recently travelled in one of your express railway from Ahemdabad to Mumbai and I faced a lot of problem due to the unhygienic toilets . It was really terrible and disgusting experience from my side . I am not at all satisfied with the results of the trains . I had a great hope but atleast to the toilet must be clean .

I hope you take it seriously and get it all cleaned .
