I am writing to inform you about the discomfort I experienced because of your Newspaper agency. I have been receiving your newspaper for nearly four years. But recently I have been experiencing frequent non-delivery and delay in issue of your newspaper.

When I inquired about it to the delivery boy, he did not give any proper reply. If this continues I have decided to change the agency.

For these reasons, I would ask you look into the issue and do the needful.
