Subject : Complaint about Defective Computers

I,Sunita, am the head of Computer Studies at KV, AFS, Jaisalmer. Today, I am writing to you for registering my complaint against the supply of below standard and faulty computers to our institution by your organization. In the month of January upon our request, you supplied us ten computers along with accessories. Unfortunately, computers were not in their best condition. First, they were refurbished and not the fresh new machines. Secondly, their different hardware parts are also malfunctioning that is causing great inconvenience to our students and teachers.

Keeping the above discussion under consideration, you are requested to replace the computers and provide us with the new computers. Otherwise, we reserve our right to take the matter into court by sending you a legal notice.

I hope that you will understand our problem and accommodate us at the earliest.
