I recently stayed at your hotel for my summer vacations with my whole family ,from 1st may to 15 may , we have to spend this holiday as our special vacations but it either successfully happened our whole trip is just get spoil and it just happen because of yours management sorry to say but your management is not good
as you inform us .
firstly the worst thing happened is that our luggage get change in flight in our luggage we are having our all the stuffs which include our money to secondly when we get our luggage back after 2 days where we are not having our one suit case where I have puted my money then secondly our hotel room roof get despoil due to which all the water from the above room bathroom is coming to our room neither its tab is also not working the guider that was assigned by your agency lives us on the main centre of the road and then he don't came this is the bad trip I have ever experienced in my whole life
now I am coming to the point please give me refund of my things that was just spoil by your management
