dear sir....
I am ..................... from ......................
i wanted to draw your attention towards the people who are of old mind set and do not send their children to study by either ways.either because of
(a). money problem
(b). safety reasons
(c). not proper facilities
it is true that we have opened many government schools which are free of cost and are open to all casts but it is also true that many people are not aware of it.
HENCE THE LITERACY PROGRAM IS NOT A GREAT SUCCESS.....
TO MAKE IT SUCCESFUL WE HAVE TO ENSURE SAFETY OF STUDENTS GIVE THEM PROPER FACILITIES ETC..
AND ALSO ENCOURAGE THEM

Report on the Literacy Programme
<city>, <state>, <country>
<date of the report>
The Literacy Programme conducted from ..... to ..... has proven to be a great success. We gathered as many as 7 000 volunteers who visited schools and communities of the poorest. We visited 3 000 schools working with more than 25 000 pupils. Our volunteers brought free textbooks for the children, were able to show them the application of new technologies in education and did their best to inspire young students to try and go beyond what they are tought every day.
The whole action costed 200 000 dollars and lasted for a week. We were able to provide the children with books for total cost of 125 000, the remaining funds were used to provide our volunteers with food and shelter.
There are plans for the next edition of the already.
