Subject :- Request to allow Balaji Nagar Society to use the vacant space near this society as a play ground on paid basis.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As mentioned in the subject, I, Harisharan Mishra, being a secretary of Balaji Nagar Society would like to request you to allow us to use the free municipality space near our society as play ground. Due to increase in number of vehicles in our society, we are unable to provide sufficient space for children to play their outdoor games. There is a huge vacant/free municipality plot located near our society which is totally unused and due to avoidance, it has become a place for garbage storage for all the nearby societies.
So, we again request you to allow us for using it as a play ground and we will keep it clean as well as we are ready to pay the rent to Municipality accounts.

In similar manner, you can write letter for request for any other permission like, to use the space for marriage of your relative, for society function, to develop Joggers Park and many more. One thing should always be there in mind and that is to take care of the cleanliness of that area. Government will allow you to use that only if your reasons are valid and you are taking responsibility of its proper management.
