Dear Sir,
This letter of complaint is written to draft a complaint on the watch which was ordered by me last week. I, the resident of gulmohar park, wants to replace the watch with a new and better quality one. The quality of the watch was actually branded, but unfortunately, after a couple of days I gotta know that this watch shows the wrong time and sometimes doesn't work.
Hoping for a reply letter soon in which you mention the reason for this. I also want this watch to be replaced in a week or two.
