Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

<your signature>

<YOUR NAME IN FULL>

Points to be noted:

The last line of To-address should have the date written in full. The 1st word of From-address should start with ‘The’ followed by the designation of the person to whom the letter is been written. For example: The Manager, The Principal, etc. Here, I have denoted as :The XYZ. Keep the subject content after the to-address as short as possible. Do not drag or write multiple lines. For the body of your letter, you can start with mentioning your name and the place you are from (only) and then continue with your reason for writing the letter. Towards the end, remember to put your signature and write your full name below it in capital letters.
