To do that in Gmail, click the gear-shaped Settings icon in the top-right corner of the browser window and choose Settings from the menu. In the “Default text style” area of the Settings screen, add the formatting you always want to use for new messages — you can choose a font style, text size and color

The format of gmail is as follows:-

\huge{CC}

CC stands for carbon copy.

In this area you should enter the email of a person to whom you want to send a copy of the mail. The person in the "cc" will be able to see whom you are sending the mail to, and other details of the mail also. The person in "to" can also see what and whom you entered in the "cc" field.

\huge{BCC}

BCC stands for blind carbon copy.

It is the same like CC, only DIFFERENCE is that the person mentioned in "to"cannot see whom you are sharing the mail to. They cannot see the others who read the mail. Thus it enhances the security and helps reduce spam.

\huge{From-}

This area contains the sender's email address

\huge{Date-}

This area contains the date

\huge{To-}

This field contains the receivers address

\huge{Subject-}

Here comes the subject of the mail

\huge{Body-}

The body of the mail contains the message that one tries to convey

\huge{Attachments\:(if\:any)-}

Pictures, videos and other forms of multimedia is displayed here

\huge{Message\:i.d-}

This is an invisible field. Every message has a separate message id which is unique and cannot be seen. However this is stored in the server.

Hope it helps you❤️
