Format of Speech Writing:-

Opening \longrightarrow⟶ This includes salutations, introduction and the topic.

U can use the following statement as ur opening line:-

⇢ A very warm and Exuberant morning to one and all present here, Today I ( ur name/the name mentioned in ur Ques ) is going to throw some light on the topic ( ... ).

⟶ This is the main part of the speech which should be precise and accurate. You don't have to beat around the bush to make it long. Simple introduction and small explanation will do.

Concluding line

⟶ Ur ending should include giving thanks to the audience for a patient listing

U can use the following statement as ur concluding line:-

⇢ lastly, I'd like to express and extend my heartfelt gratitude towards each one of your for listening to me so patiently.

Format of Debate:-

A debate ( for the motion of against) should include the following 4 paragraphs :-

• Introduction/Salutations:- ur salutation should be catchy. For example:- A very warm and blissful morning to the esteemed Judges, skilled mentors and all my dear colleagues. Today I (...) Would like to throw some light (against /for the motion ) on the topic (...)
• Problem:- u must divide this paragraph into parts which should include one line stating about the issue and the second giving explanation to its hazards.
• Solution :- this paragraph should include logical solution for the given problem. DO NOT BEAT AROUND THE BUSH because it may divert the king of the listeners.

conclusion :- This should include ur heartfelt gratitude towards ur listeners n u can use the same line that I've mentioned for the speech writing.
