Explanation:

Fee Payment Reminder

Dear Parents please be informed that timely payment of the School Fee is mandatory.

This is a final reminder to all parents who have not yet paid the School fee / or have defaulted timely payment/ or have outstanding School dues.

Please clear your outstanding dues and pay the School Fee in full by Saturday 21st November 2015.

After the lapse of this given date: Penalties and fine will be imposed, and discount if any, will be withdrawn, without any further notice.

For the convenience of Parents Fee Office will remain open on Saturday 21st November 2015 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The School Fee Payment rules are clearly stated at our website.

Please note that the JGIS Tuition Fee has to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the School calendar year.

However, parents can apply to avail a facility of payment of Tuition Fee in two advance installments.

In case of Non-payment of the School Fee, in due time, the School reserves right to initiate following actions:

-In the event that Tuition Fee remains unpaid for 10 working days after a student has been enrolled, the School may regrettably have no choice but to have the student remain at home until the due Tuition Fee along with the penalty has been paid in full.

-In case of a Fee default, under no circumstances will a student be allowed to attend the School. -Reports and all School documentation shall not be released until the due Tuition Fee is paid in full.

-Due to late payment, 5% of remaining balance past due date will be charged as a penalty.

-Tuition Fees unpaid for longer than 30 days will render the enrollment suspended.

-Suspended enrollments will no longer guarantee placement at JGIS, it will depend on the availability of a seat.

-Re-applying will be treated as a fresh enrollment, processing of such applications will be subject to clearance of all outstanding dues, penalty amount and repayment of the Enrollment Fee.
