According to valance bond theory an atom with unpair electron tends to form bond with other atom having unpaired electrons so that both of them acquir stable nobal gas configuration
H atom has one single electrons in its 1 orbital so it's electronic configuration is 1s power 1
Two H atoms comes together and share their single electrons to form single bond
