Answer:

Tawa Matsya Sangh is a federation of cooperatives for fish workers. The rights of displaced forest dwellers of the Satpura Forest in Madhya Pradesh belong to this association. For their freedom, they fought. In 1994, the government gave the rights to fish in the Tawa reservoir to private contractors. The contractors pushed the local people and took on cheap labour for their jobs.

By bringing in hoodlums, the contractors abused the villagers, who were unwilling to leave. The people around over there, however, kept fighting and organized to obtain their rights. They struggled a lot and decided to establish an organisation called the TMS (Tawa Matsya Sangh Sangh).
