Once upon a time there lived a very greedy man. One day he lost a bag containing fifty gold coins
He looked everywhere but could not find it
. After a few days, a labourer who worked in his farm
came to him and presented him with a bag containing fifty gold coins. He told him that his daughter
found the bag while playing near the farm. The greedy man, instead of thanking the labourer, called
him a thief and accused him of stealing 25 gold coins from the bag. The matter was bought to the
court. The king was a wise man and could see through the greedy man's pretense. He ordered that
since the man lost seventy-five gold coins, the bag found by the labourer's daughter does not belong
to him, it belongs to the little girl. He further rewarded the little girl for her honesty,
