calcium carbonate
magnesium hydrogen carbonate Ammonium hydroxide

atomicity is just the total number of atoms like for H2O it is 3

Na2SO4

KNO3

CaCO3

Mg(HCO3)2

NH4OH

asmi852: you just have to see the ion and the oxidation state like in Na2SO4, sodium is Na+ and sulphate is (SO4) 2- that's why it's Na2SO4
