H = T+V = ||P||^2/2m + V( x,y,z ) for a single particle in the non-relativistic limit.
For time-independent Schrödinger equations

Schrodinger equation is a differential equation which forms the basis of the quantum-mechanical description of matter in terms of the wave-like properties of particles in a field. Its solution is related to the probability density of a particle in space and time.

There are two types of Schrodinger equation , 1) Time independent Schrodinger equation and 2) Time dependent Schrodinger equation .
