evaporation is the process of vapourization of liquid that occurs from a surface of liquid into a gaseous phase that is not saturated with the evaporating substance.it is fundamental part of water cycle and it continously occuring throughout the nature.
eg.hot tea gets cool over time due to evaporation

it is used to extract Salt from Seas and oceans .
it is different from boiling as boiling occurs at a fixed temperature that is 100 degree Celsius in water.
