perimeter of triangle = sum of all three sides
perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)
perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

So perimeter of triangle=Sum of all 4 sides
rectangle=Sum of 4 side i.e. length+breadth+length+breadth
=2(length+breadth)
