Answer:

for finding zeroes

(-b+-√b^2 - 4ac)/2a

For A.p i.e. arithmetic progression ,

An= a+(n-1)d

For the sum of n terms

Sn= n/2(2a + (n-1)d). or n/2 (a+l)

Criterias for similarity are SSS , AAA, AA, SAS

Distance formula = √(x1-x2)^2 + (y1-y2)^2

Section formula = (m1)(X2)+(m2)(x1)/

m1+m2 ,

m1(y2)+(m2)(y2)/

m1+m2

Area formula = 1/2(x1(y2-y3) + X2(y3-y1) + x3(y1-y2)

sin¢= opposite/hypotenuse

cos¢= adjacent/hypotenuse

tan¢= opposite/adjacent

cosec¢= hypotenuse/opposite

sec¢= hypotenuse/adjacent

cot¢= adjacent / opposite

sin¢=cos(90°-¢)

cos¢=sin(90°-¢)

tan¢= cot(90°-¢)

cot¢= tan(90°-¢)

sec¢=cosec(90°-¢)

cosec¢=sec(90°-¢)

sin^2¢ + cos^2¢ = 1

1+ tan^2¢ = sec^2¢

1+cot^2¢ = cosec ^2¢
